An excellent opportunity exists with an established and well regarded developer to work on sourcing sites for residential, commercial and industrial developments. Reporting to and working closing with the Managing Director you will be responsible site identification, analysis and ultimately acquisition.



This is an ideal role for someone who has experience as an Assistant Development Manager and experience with site acquisitions who is looking to take their next career step working for an organisation that will empower you to "do deals"



Beyond site acquisition you will work closely with the operations team to manage the delivery of the residential, commercial or industrial development.



The successful applicant will have experience working on large scale developments, preferably residential. You will have relevant tertiary qualifications in a property related field and have proven experience managing a number of stakeholders throughout all stages of development cycle.
