The chosen person will ensure Regulatory Compliance and drive financial performance via the monitoring of cost efficiency. While managing and monitoring all financial aspects of the organization, the Deputy CFO will also assist the CFO in the development of financial strategy. This company has had massive exponential growth over the last few years and is looking for a Deputy CFO who will be able to continue this drive for the years to come. As a successful applicant, you will be an agent for change.
To qualify for this role, you will have at least 10 years' experience within General Insurance with managerial capacity. You will have an excellent ability of stakeholder and team management and have the drive to transform the culture of the current team. In return, there will be an attractive compensation package along with effective training and development as well as regional exposure.
