This is an outstanding opportunity to join a highly established, global consumer goods company and play an integral part in their ongoing progression. Due to a development within the business, the need to bring in an experienced customer service leader has just become available.
As the Customer Service Supervisor, you will be a key player in the development and implementation of the customer service strategy and well as oversee part of the Customer Service function and manage a small team with the aim of driving a supportive, customer-care culture. Areas of focus include ordering and product information, confliction resolution, supply chain and OH&S.
A strong track record of success in a customer service supervisory or team leadership role is a must, ideally from a consumer based company. You will be highly competent in managing customer service staff including mentorship and performance management.
You will also be highly regarded in process improvement, relationship building and delivering best practice. Most importantly you will be passionate about procedures and have an unwavering commitment to customer service excellence.
