Hays are recruiting for an experienced Senior Brand Manager to join a national food retailer. If you have worked in retail or a franchise business model and have managed integrated campaigns at a national level, this is the job for you.



Reporting to the National Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing brand strategy and marketing plans to drive positioning, national and local promotions and consumer engagement. You will manage the execution across numerous communication channels, including Point of Sale, Menu Panels, PR, Online, Advertising and Local Store Marketing. Responsibilities also include managing the external agencies, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and producing monthly reports on marketing campaign performance.



To be considered for this job, you will be degree qualified in Marketing or similar, have strong retail and agency experience, the ability to develop and execute sound marketing plans to drive sales, and a proactive attitude and ability to think outside the box.
