This job requires you to wear many hats and you will need to have a proven track record of delivering designs, both on time and within budget, strong stakeholder engagement skills (internal and external) and an ability to successfully manage clients and develop relationships, natural leadership ability, time management and communication skills (both written and oral), working knowledge and understanding of NZ building code, strong documentation skills and an understanding of AutoCAD, and preferably Revit.
