Based at UTC Corporate Operations office in Farmington, CT, the Program Manager, ACE Certification Program, will manage a key component of UTCs overall ACE initiatives.Achieving Competitive Excellence (ACE) is the UTC operating system. It focuses on the drivers of competitive excellence our people and our work processes. Our leadership and empowered employees work together to implement ACE practices in all of our activities across every UTC business to benefit our customers and share owners.This position will report to the Manager, Training, Supply Chain University & ACE Certification Program and will collaborate with the various UTC division Operations, ACE and Quality leadership teams. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Strategic leadership and management of the overall ACE Certification Program o Lead the ACE Certification Program Council to develop and execute to strategieso Manage certifications of Associate, Practitioner and Master candidates including auditing of profiles, monitoring/analyzing certification debrief MFA, managing the certification process and identifying/managing risk to meeting targetso Collect, analyze and advise on program data including monthly and quarterly reportingo Create appropriate communication / marketing to ensure customers are well-informed of progress, changes, and issues including management of the ACP sharepoint site and internal ACP Collaboration siteso Develop, standardize, and automate processes related to managing the ACP Programo Execute benchmarking related to the ACP and SCU programso Manage budgets related to Certification and ACP Help Desk Support projects for UTCs Supply Chain University supporting the One Company Supply Chain Opportunity initiative deployed globally to supply chain professionals as needed Manage training supplier contracts and relationship for the ACP Help Desk including monitoring volume, identifying and implementing improvements Support management of IT Systems (ACP and SCU tools and interfaces with other IT systems) Own the ACP value stream and drive gold performance and support the overall UTC Operations ACE Gold progression Manage, execute and support process improvement projects based on customer feedback, process data and goals Lead and participate in special projects as needed
