An exciting new opportunity has now become available for a Business Development Manager - On Premise Liquor Wholesaler in the Perth Metro. Do you want to be social in the most social industry in the WA market? Our client is a large ASX top 100 company with over 6,000 employees in Australia and New Zealand. They are a challenger brand and champion of the independent supermarket, supporting local retailers in WA. Their portfolio of consumer brands includes large well branded and popular labels which are all household names. They are looking for the best of the best to join an evolving dynamic team with someone who can embrace their vision by positively contributing to their customers business as well as their own. This exciting new role is both challenging and rewarding in a team that is supported by engaging leaders that want you to succeed.



About you:

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, driven by success, has loads of energy, is positive, self-confident and has a passion for the On Premise Liquor Channel. You will need to possess a real passion for partnering with customers and driving performance with a focus of gaining strong incremental growth through new business development.



To be successful in this role you will also need to have a blend of the following qualifications, skills and competencies:

* Proven experience within the On Premise Liquor Channel (preferably in Perth but not essential)

* Ability to build long-term sustainable relationships and performance within existing customer base.

* Experience in targeting, planning, presenting, negotiating and gaining new customers

* Communicates well at all levels internally and externally

* Works well as part of a larger team.

* Must have good proven time management skills and be self -motivated



If the above is starting to paint a picture of you, then we are keen to hear your whole story, what you have to offer and your experiences. A strong established network in the On Premise trade will be highly regarded but is not essential.
