This is an exciting opportunity for a Research Manager to join a market leading FMCG company. You will be providing insights on shopper experience, behaviour and needs to support a data driven marketing approach. This is the chance to manage a research program and support the Head of Insights.
Your role will involve working to maximise retailer and shopper participation in the program, delivering the program cost effectively and within budget and working with the research company to ensure data is used to reveal meaningful insights.
You will be working closely with various stakeholders within the business to answer queries using data and research, as well as managing external research partners across various projects. You will be uncovering insights and presenting them in a way that adds value to the stakeholders you are addressing.
To be successful in this position you will have at least 7 years experience managing customer research programs. A thorough understanding of different research methodologies and experience managing research suppliers will be essential. You will be degree qualified and possess a strong ability to use SPSS or other statistical packages. You will also have strong communication and presentation skills.
