This customer-focused organisation are a leading and innovative supplier in their field, and have consistently grown and expanded in recent years. A newly created position has become available for a strategically strong HR Manager to undertake a varied role in their head office.



This is an immediate need and you will be leading the development and execution of the strategic people agenda in areas including succession and transition planning, managing change processes and employee motivation, learning and development, core leadership skills, and coaching leaders at all levels. You will be actively involved with designing and implementing cultural and talent initiatives and develop remuneration plans for the business unit.



They are ideally looking for someone who would like to grow and develop with the business but that also has strong experience in either a HR Management or HR Consultant / Senior Business Partner capacity. You will have had previous involvement in setting strategic direction for people and culture and possess outstanding negotiation, influencing and people skills.
