Retail Training Specialist

Globally recognised leisure apparel brand is steadily growing it's presence and market share in Japan. Our client is seeking a Retail Field Trainer to join their team to optimise and up skill their store staff to provide excellent customer service and increase customer awareness.
You will be responsible for localising training material from the headquarters and facilitating training to the store staff. Training include customer service skills and interview techniques. You will report to the Retail Manager with communication with the HQ training team.
You should be able to comfortably communicate in English and Japanese, excellent presentation skills, proactive and hospitality mind set. Experience working as a store manager is a plus.
This is an excellent opportunity for your to expand your responsibilities, working along side the HR team.
