This is a Pharmaceical company who has played as a lead role in the industry.



This Role is report to IT VP that responsible for the overall delivery and management of all IT solutions used across China. This includes the successful deployment, utilization, and operation of global, regional, and local programs used by the Commercial business. As China becomes the originator of many next-generation capabilities, it is also this role's accountability to drive innovation on behalf of the enterprise and to ensure its adoptability not only in China but potentially across the International Region.





Essential

10+ years experience with proven expertise across IS/IT solution environment, IT project management, and IT service / software development

Strong knowledge of bio-pharma leading edge trends, relevance for adoption and implementation of IT innovative solutions

Experience leading large global and local application development, deployment, and operation management

Evidence of leading and developing innovative solutions that can be used both in China and globally

Experience in vendor management and driving cost effectiveness



Responsible for the overall delivery and management of all IT solutions used across China. Includes the successful deployment and utilization of global, regional, and local programs used by the Commercial business.

Define and develop the insourcing and local delivery center strategy, developing sustainable in-house expertise which can be leveraged across the region.
