Our client is one of the most established international banks, is now seeking for a HR Coordinator to support the continuous development of its business in the region.
The role of HR Coordinator takes care of the administrative aspect of the HR activities. You also have ample opportunities to be involved in, but not limited to the recruitment process, logistics arrangements, compliance preparations and on-boarding assistance. As a great team player, you will play a key role to support the planning and implementing HR strategy and projects.
An ideal candidate needs to have hands-on experience in coordinating different HR functions, preferably in the banking or financial services. Sound knowledge of recruitment process, employee matter and HR information system is definitely an advantage. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills, time management and prioritisation skills are definitely important for the role.
