Infrastructure Support Engineer

Our client, a Major Company in the Manufacturing Industry is looking for a new Infrastructure Support Engineer for their Tokyo office to support their business growth in Japan.



The ideal candidate will be responsible for the IT infrastructure systems maintenance, the server and network of the company in Japan. You will also be responsible for the server and storage hardware maintenance and support, and provide internal user support and troubleshooting.



To qualify for this role, at least 5 years of solid experience in, MS Office, ITIL Escalation Protocol and Cisco products experience is required. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, be fluent in Japanese and English business level. Experience working in large international companies is an asset.
