Well established in the Australian market in its own right, this company is the subsidiary of a global parent conglomerate. Looking to maximise on current conditions, they continue to expand into new local markets through sustained organic growth.



Having recently gone through some internal restructuring and development, an opportunity currently exists to join the established finance team as the Retail & Compliance Finance Manager.



Working across a number of business units in this stand alone role, you will engage with internal and external stakeholders, providing financial and operational analytical expertise, while also assisting the finance team on ad hoc projects.



You will have a constant focus on process streamlining, through the identification of key time and money saving improvements. Previous experience in Internal Controls is required in order totake ownership of initiatives, and deliver reports through to senior management.



A public practice trained accountant, you will have since left the profession and gained exposure to dynamic, business-change environments. You will will have performed competitor analyses, will possess impeccable communication and stakeholder management skills, and be an advanced Excel user.
