Established in the 1970's, this experienced General Contractor has firmly grounded themselves in the Houston Commercial Construction market. Throughout Texas they have successfully delivered a significant volume of projects across the retail, education, industrial/warehouse and commercial sectors.



This newly created role supports ongoing growth to their pipeline of projects, calling for an experienced Construction Superintendent to join their team. Responsible for the total delivery of all construction activities you coordinate the scheduling of materials, equipment, inspections and trade employees to ensure contractual performance of projects is achieved.



Your technical expertise across all project deliverables will ensure you are well equipped to trouble shoot and solve technical challenges throughout the delivery of the schedule. A strong career history demonstrating stability and consistency in performance is essential. Your project portfolio will have demonstrated capabilities in our core market sectors, particularly in Concrete Tilt Wall construction.
