This Hutt Valley based commercial Human Resources team is part of a progressive organisation with a proud history and exciting future. To continue to improve performance, the Human Resources team are working on a number of change initiatives as well as supporting business as usual activities.



Due to internal promotion, a permanent job has become available for a Human Resources administrator with advanced Microsoft word and excel skills. Working within the collaborative HR team and supporting a busy HR Manager, this role requires a self starter with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Once briefed, you will work on a number of template updates and data analysis activities in addition to leading varied HR administrative processes.



You will be comfortable managing the expectations of both busy managers and blue collar employees. Your previous demonstrated experience (ideally in HR or Payroll) building strong relationships will allow you to quickly earn the respect and trust of the workforce whether you are enabling or nicely saying "no"!
