Chief Compliance Officer

My client is a foreign financial institution and currently it is expanding very fast in China. Currently the company is actively looking for one Chief Compliance Officer based in Shenzhen.



The main job responsibility would be monitor external regulatory requirements and implement them in cooperation with responsible departments into company; create internal rules system; monitor adhering to internal and external rules; supervise compliance in company´s subsidiaries in China; cooperate with Head quarter.



To be a qualified candidate, Bachelor or Master Degree from Law School, Chinese lawyer qualification certificate, or Certified Public Accountant is needed. As well, you need to have 5 years' working experience in guarantee or financial sector in legal/compliance filed, of which 3 years in compliance manager position. Knowledge and experience in commercial, banking, consumer and administrative law and corporate law of China are preferred. Fluent in both English and Chinese is a must.
