Credit Control Officer

This provider of security systems based in a central St Kilda location. Due to growth in the business and work loads they are now recruiting a permanent Credit Control officer.
Reporting into the office manager your daily focus will be the accurate and timely billing of services provided, collection of monies outstanding and daily liaising with internal staff and major clients. Ad-hoc reporting and support tasks will add further variety to your days and you will be expected to contribute to other aspects of the business and accounting team as it grows.
Having worked locally in Credit Control you will have experience in generating high-volume invoices in the past and experience in collecting money whilst maintaining existing relationships. You will be confident in your accuracy and attention to detail and have clear written and verbal communication skills. Whilst flexible on systems experience your intermediate skills in Excel will aid in managing the workload here.
