We are looking for a professional part time Medical Receptionist to join a small sized team located in north Canberra. This position is part time, 8:30am - 5:30pm Monday, Wednesday and Thursday only.



This is a busy position where you will often be left to work autonomously. Your main responsibilities will include answering high volumes of calls on a busy switch bored, correspondence via email to answer any enquires that come through and assisting with filing, faxing, photocopying and managing a busy appointment book.



You will be the face of the organisation so personal presentation extremely important. You will have worked within a medical environment in the past, have great communication skills and be able work well under pressure. Professionalism and empathy are also of the utmost importance.
