Main responsibilities:

• Timely installation of company digital presses, as required by the business needs.

• Provide technical onsite support to customer installed base.

• Support regional team in achieving shared goals.

• Support sales and marketing functions for shows/exhibitions.

• Responsible for Spare Part car kit as well as return of spares.

• Provide Customer Satisfaction in the Region.

Qualifications

The HP Indigo service team for the Benelux is looking for a professional with an intermediate or higher vocational technical background covering both mechanics and electronics with up to 1 year of experience after graduation.



Additional experience and qualification:



• Technical college Bachelor /Education in electro-mechanical engineering up to 1 year of experience.

• Willing to develop career in a customer support role in a Field Service position

• Strong troubleshooting skills

• Deep technical knowledge

• Flexibility – to travel for long training periods and working after-hours.

• Ability to manage customer expectations & communications

• Willingness to travel

• Team player

• Knowledge of Graphic Art / Printing industry – advantage

• Strong English and Dutch language skills
