HP Networking is looking for self-motivated, results oriented individual to join us as EMC (Electro Magnetic Compliance) Regulatory Engineer. You will be part of a team, in one of the fastest growing networking vendors, designing and developing state-of-the-art networking products.



Responsibilities

• Responsible for technical regulatory compliance to meet product/market/country requirements.


• Responsible for reducing non-compliance risks during development.


• Responsible for EMC design reviews, investigations and validation testing during new product development


• Responsible to optimize compliance test costs while meeting aggressive time to market schedules

Qualifications

• Minimum 6-8 years of experiences in technical regulatory compliance field


• Demonstrated experience in technical EMC compliance reviews of new products under development


• Manage relationship with regulatory agencies


• Resolve factory audit findings


• Excellent grasp of pre and post compliance processess


• Experience in at least 3-4 new product introductions with focus on deisgn for EMC and EMC related investigations


• Candidates with experience in networking and telecommunications products will be favorably considered


• Knowledge in quality, reliability or safety engineering is an added bonus


• Good communcation skills with experience working across cultures and remote partners
