Due to this success they are currently expanding their credit/collections team and recruiting for an experienced supervisor to join them on a permanent basis.



The successful candidate will have previous experience supervising staff, be confident, ambitious, articulate and self motivated with effective communication skills. Previous collections and credit control experience is essential to be considered for this position.



Reporting to the national collections manager your duties will be required to coordinate the day to day operational requirements for the team including setting targets, measuring customer service, leading the team to success through support and guidance, carry out appraisals and you will also be required to be involved in the collections whilst delivering exceptional customer service.
