WHS Manager

Brisbane, Australia, AU - Logistics and Supply Chain

• Part time role (25-30 hours per week)

This National Manufacturing client are a specialist in their field and are currently seeking an experienced WHS Manager to join their Brisbane Head Office.



This newly created position reporting directly to the General Manager and you will be fully responsible for all aspects of Workplace, Health and Safety for this diverse business. This is a standalone role where you will work closely with the leadership team to develop and deliver safety management plans across all aspects of the business.



Working with a wide variety of employees you will ensure the safety operations are in line with agreed methods. You will need to improve all current policies and procedures in line with legislation and roll out training across these areas. You will take responsibility for auditing and compliance and ensure the safest possible working environment for all employees.



To be considered for this role you must be Tertiary qualified in WHS or equivalent. Experience in Manufacturing or Logistics field will be highly regarded as well as Certification in Auditing/WHS Management Systems.
