At CSC, we are currently recruiting for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to work within our Insurance practice to manage some of our largest accounts.

Key Responsibilities

· Leading Insurance engagements with UK & Ireland regional clients – the actual client set will be flexible depending on volume and demand

· Responsible for delivery of Insurance software and services for UK & Ireland regional clients

· Proactively seeking opportunities to promote and develop Insurance offerings and services

· Ensuring that all policies and procedures are implemented, including items such as adherence to DOA authority limits, and followed throughout the client engagement

· Liaising with UK&I Coverage and Offering Sales to develop new opportunities and/or to provide support in relation to existing clients engagements

· Ensuring that all contractual aspects of client engagements are in place and acceptable to our Insurance practice

· Financial performance of the client accounts and engagements allocated:

o Ensuring accurate forecasts are provided for all accounts in line with the required time scales – revenue, DCM and OI

o Ensuring that revenue and OI targets are met

o Ensuring that internal and external underpinnings are in place, ie IWO’s, PO’s, Invoicing

· Ensuring that client account plans are in place as/where required, ensuring that these are aligned with overall Coverage led plans as appropriate

· Client Satisfaction – ensuring that plans are in place and delivered to deliver agreed NPS Customer Satisfaction targets

· Interlock with other Offerings and partners to develop cross sell opportunities

· Working with Delivery Operations in all aspects of resourcing and resource management, including ensuring that resource requirements and plans are proactively managed

· Providing support for and/or deputising for the UK/I/NL Regional Lead as required

£60,000 - £80,000
