SAP Project Manager

We are currently seeking to recruit a new SAP Project Manager into our team.
This position would be well suited to a person who has some experience managing small SAP projects and has completed 1 or 2 project implementations and is looking to build on their experience with a company that can offer them the chance to work on more challenging SAP projects with a global IT service provider. We believe we can provide the right blend of training support and encouragement from our team of experts that will provide you the tools to be sucessful in this growing market.
Crucially we are looking for people who are dedicated, hardworking, willing to travel and are committed to building a long term career here with Atos.
Job Requirements
Essential
Some experience in SAP Project Management e.g. leading all or part of 1 or 2 project lifecycles
Financial Management: Some exposure to budget responsibility
Communication Skills: Fluent English written and verbal. Confident communicating with senior stakeholders, including presentations and gaining buy in from key decision makers.
Risk management, able to identify immediate and long term risks to business services and take appropriate action to ensure service levels.
Change management: Identify operational areas for business improvements and oversee / implement changes.
Responds constructively when under pressure.
Communicates and implements vision.
Wins the commitment and support to achieve objectives.
Is able to deal with ambiguous situations and provide leadership to ensure successful outcomes.
Is positive about situations, relationships and problems.
Demonstrates calm and controlled performance.
Takes initiatives and helps others identify opportunities and then see them through.
Actively seeks to promote and share knowledge, insights and learning.
Willing to be fully mobile in terms of assignment location. This includes working away from home for the duration of a project during the working week.
Desirable
SAP Solution knowledge – is able to articulate, at a high level, the capabilities and benefits of SAP Solutions and the key challenges around supporting these systems.
Educated to degree level and/or holds a professional qualification.
Ability to be SC cleared.
Qualification of project management skills e.g. Prince II.
