Finance Manager

Beijing City, China, CN - Accounting, Computer Hardware

The client is a US Hi-tech company with fast growing all around the world. It's local performance in China is also very good. Based on its business performance, they're looking for a Finance Manager to support its business. Working location is in North Beijing.



This role will lead, coach and motivate finance team members and promote team work and improve overall team efficiency. Monitor all accounting cycles including AR, AP, FA, GL and financial reporting. Handle month/quarter/year end closing and review financial packages. Ensure timely submission and accuracy of financial reporting. Ensure financial reporting and records in compliance with US and Local GAAP and SOX requirements. Lead inter company settlement and cash management across APAC countries. Prepare monthly payroll data and data related stock option and support business activities and control and analyze marketing spending



As a successful application, you should have CPA, ACCA or other accounting certification. Bachelor or Master's degree in accounting, finance or other related disciplines. More than 10 years working experience in accounting and finance, with no less than 3 years as a manager. In-depth knowledge of US GAAP, local GAAP and tax regulations . Excellent English skills and solid IT application skills, familiar with excel formula and other applications. Strong communication, leadership and people management skills
