Our Not for Profit client is seeking an Aged Care Manager for an 80 bed facility on a permanent full-time basis based in Kingaroy.



You will lead and manage the Aged Care team, provide a high level of human resource management, control the financial budget and make sure policies and procedures are implemented and followed. Additionally you will ensure a high level of care and service that runs efficiently and contribute to the overall successes and reputation of this organisation to guarantee the desired outcomes and goals of the facility.



The ideal applicant will have a solid knowledge of the Aged Care Act, Community Care Common Standards, the NT Disability Service Standards, the National Mental Health Standards and the National Mental Health Strategy. You must also have excellent communications skills, be passionate and show compassion towards others. You MUST have strong management skills and be confident in managing staff performance reviews.



You ideally will be a strong manager and leader with at least 3 years of experience and a Health background. Tertiary qualifications in Business or a related discipline will be highly regarded
