An opportunity exists for a highly motivated professional to join the Apple Fulfillment Operations (AFO) Team within the growing Organization.



The AFO team is responsible for managing online orders in Pacific. Drive for efficiency and on time delivery to customers.



Key Qualifications




  • Able to communicate well in English and work effectively across functions (Sales & Marketing, Call Centre, Supply & Demand, Finance & Logistic) and at all levels as well as virtual team

  • Able to work independently and work with regional and global team to deliver results

  • Able to remain focused and work under pressure, prioritize competing demands and deadlines whilst multi-tasking

  • At least 5 years of working experience in related field is required for this position

  • Demonstrate initiative, adaptability and problem solving skills in a changing, dynamic environment

  • Experience in working with SAP SD/MM and Excel is preferred

  • Strong analytical skills, meticulous with strong business acumen and customer satisfaction focus




Description



Assess opportunities and challenges associated with targeted management.

Automate processes wherever possible to improve efficiency.

Core team member of the Online Order Process and Fulfillment Supply Chain.

Drive for improvement with the different supply chain partners to achieve overall operational fulfilment efficiency.

Manage order fulfillment and delivery to customers across regions.

Plan and collaborate across functions to facilitate successful on time delivery to customers.

Represent the team in project and relevant UAT (User Acceptance Test).

Supports business forecasting & planning; co-lead weekly sales & operational meeting.

Supports General Customer Relationship Management (GCRM) tool and work with functional experts to resolve customers’ escalations.

Supports New Product Intro related activities.
