Recognized as a true leader in their sector this interiors contractor has been completing high end retail and restaurant projects for over 30 years. Specializing in luxury brands and custom projects they pride themselves on repeat business which sees them complete work for their increasing client base across the US.



Having recently expanded their business due to increasing workload they are looking for several Superintendents experienced in retail tenant improvements to join the team in New York.



You can either be from a tertiary or trade qualified background but you must have a background in complete retail tenant improvements to be considered. This means taking charge of an entire store from start to finish, not simply doing part of an existing fit out. A passion for detailed work and a background in delivering sites with a high degree of custom millwork and high end fittings will be key to your being a success with this contractor. Joining an ongoing project on an iconic Manhattan building you’ll be expected to have a good understanding of the NYC construction industry and be able to hit the ground running.



For your expertise you’ll be paid a good level of salary plus benefits and be given the opportunity to grow your career with a well-established and extremely busy tenant improvement contractor.
