Genesys (GVP/Contact Center) Professionals

We are currently looking for professionals with 4-8 years of experience and who can fulfill the following criteria:

 

- Must have very good experience in Genesys framework, Genesys Voice portal(GVP) or Genesys Contact Center.

- Sound technical knowledge on Genesys SIP server and interworking with media gateways.      

- Implementation and ongoing management of the Genesys framework components. 

- Management and troubleshooting of media gateways.

- Genesys composer VXML scripting knowledge.      

- Should have competent knowledge & experience on one or more contact center technology products.    

- Should have experience performing call center transitions / transformations.
