Our client seeks a proactive junior-level Rem & Ben specialist to take responsibility for the reward, reporting and administration for employees in the organisation. This position will support a wide-range of HR initiatives and will allow you to build your expertise by exposing you to a wide range of people and challenges.
Reporting to senior HR leaders and departmental stakeholders, the position will encompass a variety of responsibilities such as job grading, market analysis, compensation negotiation, contract creation and employee data management. You will be supporting talent acquisition and ensuring the smooth on-boarding of new employees.
The right candidate should have strong experience and knowledge of Rem & Ben and employee contract negotiation. Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude are also required. Candidates from all industrial backgrounds will be considered, a HR generalist background would be advantegeous.
