Regional Senior Operational Risk Manager

This multinational insurance business is renowned for an expert risk management function supporting the global market leading business. Due to an internal promotion, they are currently looking for a high performing Senior Manager with expertise in Insurance Risk. The team's objective is to manage emerging operational risk and in turn mitigating it insightfully to protect the business for long term growth.

As a senior member within the team, you will lead in oversight of regional operation risk framework including setting Key Risk Indicators, reviewing Key Risk Controls, risk profiling and enhancing systems of internal control. With your strong business sense, you need to add value in terms of highlighting risks and gaps for management and developing a risk appetite that benefits across the Asia Pacific and Global business.

To be successful in this role, you need 10 years+ Operational Risk / Audit / Internal Control experience from global insurers or financial services firms, where regional exposure will be highly regarded. You may be considered if you have relevant experience from insurance and demonstrates strong knowledge in regulations and insurance operations. You should be sophisticated in communicating complex information, influencing stakeholders and naturally enjoy sharing your knowledge with different people.
