A successful division of a US owned business requires a CA/CPA Qualified individual to join the relatively small finance function in order to support with and eventually take over a number of duties that include local reporting and controls, as well as reporting and controls management for the international reporting obligations as well.

Reporting into the FC you will assist in the delivery of Month, half-year and full FY end close, reconciliations, variance analysis against business plan and forecasts, Taxation accounting(FBT), and oversight of the AP function.

You will also ensure compliance of Sox reporting and Controls, driving process improvement within that Sox framework. Your remit will extend to give you significant operational exposure, once established; the organisation will also want to develop your skill set by giving you increasing exposure to the Business analytics in order that you can play a significant part of the sales and marketing strategy going forward.
