My client a large residential builder based in the western suburbs is looking for an experienced production estimator to join their team. Due to continual growth and success my client is looking for a dedicated professional to hit the ground running.



This is a full time permanent position that could commence immediately for the right candidate. My client is looking for someone who has solid experience as a production administrator as well as a through understanding of the residential building sector. The ability to work in a fast paced environment, along with a high level of attention to detail and a background in the residential building industry are required for this role. You will responsible for up to 20 tenders a month. Experience using businesscraft would be favourably looked upon for this position.



Your day to day duties will consist of liaising with subcontractors for costs and quotations, preparing BOQ for new house designs, preparing tender documentation, reviewing and analyzing tender submissions, reviewing and managing supplier agreements along with liaising with internal departments to ensure strict deadlines are met.



You will have superior communication skills along with a career minded attitude. You will also take pride and have passion for the company they are working for. You will have excellent written and verbal communication and thrive on working in a high achieving team.
