An excellent opportunity to utilise your business and operational improvement project management skills for this growing financial services company based in the CBD.



Situated within the corporate services division and reporting to the CFO, our client is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to handle multiple business and operational projects within their growing progressive organisation.



To be considered for this role, you'll ideally have come from an either financial services, insurance or service industry and possess a minimum of 2-3 years plus hands on project management experience within business and operational improvement within a BAU environment. Applications will not be considered from candidates who come from a predominantly IT PM role.



Projects are varied (from business product launches through to relocations), requiring full end-to-end management and delivery of best practice methodologies (Agile); management of external suppliers and vendors; broad financial acumen and the ability to manage project financials (including cost benefit analysis, business cases and detailed delivery estimates).



You'll possess strong collaboration/relationship building skills, the ability to lead and motivate, negotiate, provide solutions and manage multiple projects utilising strong time management and attention to detail. You'll be able to work independently, be a self thinker who is proactive and can take ownership whilst working collaboratively within the business.
