Our client is a famous real estate fund company and they have lots of projects around whole China. Currently they're looking for an Investment Manager to support their global acquisition business.



As an Investment Manager, you're going to identify and evaluate potential acquisition or divestment of real estate projects, including developing and maintaining relationship with potential clients and undertake feasibility study on real estate investment, development and/or enhancement opportunities.



In order to apply this role, you need to have at least 8 years of relevant working experience and extensive skills in modeling and written communication.
