This well-known and highly respected Financial Services Group has openings for an IT Sourcing Manager to be based at their Dorset headquarters.
Looking after circa £30m of spend you will be responsible for driving the best value for the organisation through close collaboration with stakeholders and a strategic sourcing approach. Working with relevant business stakeholders to lead a structured category management approach; including lead negotiation, establishing key and preferred suppliers, risk and cost considerations.
You will develop and manage key areas of spend with plans to include, continuous cost and service improvement plans, issues, potential growth/change, contractual and regulatory requirements, risk/reward and exit strategy. It will be critical to forge close working relationships within the business in this non-mandated procurement environment. As part of this you will work to reduce the number of suppliers whilst increasing compliance with Group policies.
