Supply Chain & Operations Manager

My client is a well-recognised Global, innovative brand. To strengthen a significant period of change that the business is about to embark on they require an exceptional Supply Chain & Operations Manager to take ownership for the development of the function in Wiltshire.



Like the organisation, the successful candidate will display innovation and creativity in order to identify new ways of working; developing and implementing processes and change. A natural leader, you will successfully coach and develop teams to embrace change to deliver a successful output.



The role will lead the Logistics, Forecasting, Supply Chain and Warehouse functions throughout the UK and Ireland.



You will:





· Deliver effective processing of all UK customer orders, bookings and deliveries

· Be accountable for supply chain performance and efficiency with all UK customers and suppliers

· Coach & develop the Supply Chain & Operations teams

· Drive the delivery of an accurate demand forecast for all finished goods, spares and accessories, provide coaching to increase their understanding of the drivers of accuracy

· Deliver an optimum stock holding through the coaching & development, balancing working capital demands with commercial expectations



The successful candidate will:



· Have a strong track record within Logistics and Supply chain management

· Be a strong people manager, who can lead and developed an effective team

· Have commercial experience

· Display proven delivery of results

· Have strong Customer Focus

· Have strong Analytical capability

· Have exceptional influencing skills

· Be a self starter who sees things to completion

· Be energetic, engaging and positive approach

· Be assertive, prepared to see through plans and overcome objections
