Job Description

• Communicates project status, process standards and changes, and issues and workarounds, clearly and succinctly to business and operations support team.


• Owns the research and data analysis for moderately complex projects.


• Collaborates with operational teams and business stakeholders to gather business requirements, supporting the design of new or improved processes of low complexity, and understand business/customer impact.


• Utilizes standard project management and quality improvement methodologies as appropriate.


• Demonstrated focus on accuracy and attention to detail


• Flexible and creative, positive and structured work approach


• Monitor reports and perform quality control processes to ensure accurate processing of information and adherence to defined audit controls


• Good communication/teamwork skills, and ability to work across organizations


• Supports processes/programs that impact multiple business units and/or countries.

  QUALIFICATIONS:
  
  
  
  This is a graduate position - qualified candidates must have received their last degree within the past 12 months or should be graduating by Summer 2014.

  Education and Experience Required
  
  
  
  
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree
  
  
  • Up to 2 years of related experience in IT/business operations.
  
  
  • Up to 2 years of project management experience.
  
  
  • Experience with data analytics and business intelligence
  
  
  • 
    
    Knowledge and Skills Required
    
    
    
    • Solid communication skills (i.e. written, verbal, presentation). Mastery in English and local language as well as other languages as required.
    
    
    • Sound knowledge and experience in process area and able to suggest process improvements.
    
    
    • Basic project management skills.
    
    
    • Intermediate knowledge of Excel including report development, macros, pivot tables, visual basic programming, and
