Job Description
- Communicates project status, process standards and changes, and issues and workarounds, clearly and succinctly to business and operations support team.
- Owns the research and data analysis for moderately complex projects.
- Collaborates with operational teams and business stakeholders to gather business requirements, supporting the design of new or improved processes of low complexity, and understand business/customer impact.
- Utilizes standard project management and quality improvement methodologies as appropriate.
- Demonstrated focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- Flexible and creative, positive and structured work approach
- Monitor reports and perform quality control processes to ensure accurate processing of information and adherence to defined audit controls
- Good communication/teamwork skills, and ability to work across organizations
- Supports processes/programs that impact multiple business units and/or countries.
QUALIFICATIONS:
This is a graduate position - qualified candidates must have received their last degree within the past 12 months or should be graduating by Summer 2014.

Education and Experience Required- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Up to 2 years of related experience in IT/business operations.
- Up to 2 years of project management experience.
- Experience with data analytics and business intelligence
Knowledge and Skills Required- Solid communication skills (i.e. written, verbal, presentation). Mastery in English and local language as well as other languages as required.
- Sound knowledge and experience in process area and able to suggest process improvements.
- Basic project management skills.
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel including report development, macros, pivot tables, visual basic programming, and
automation capabilities
