UTC's Achieving Competitive Excellence (ACE) Office is looking for a high-energy, results-oriented professional leader to drive the continued evolution of the ACE Operating System. ACE is the Company's operating system that provides continuous improvement methodology for performance and operational excellence. The successful incumbent for this role should have a strong background in manufacturing and focus on continuous improvement and lean manufacturing. It does not have to specifically include the UTC - ACE proprietary system.



This position reports to United Technologies Corporation's Senior ACE Manager and will hold the following responsibilities:



Lead UTC-wide ACE Operating System projects to drive improved business results (e.g., Benefits of Lean Transformation Projects, update UTC ACE Webpage and convert to sharepoint, and UTC ACE Operating System External Benchmarking Project) and present the progress of these projects to UTC ACE and Quality Councils



Lead or co-lead ACE Gold Site Assessments throughout the UTC network



Develop and implement UTC ACE Communication Strategy



Create, publish and report on monthly UTC ACE Performance Metrics



Support monthly UTC ACE Council meetings



Provide expertise and content for ACE training materials supporting the ACE Certification Program



Develop ACE Talent including certification of ACE Assessors and Trainers through coaching and training (e.g., Gold Assessor, Advanced Root Cause/Corrective Action, and Leading ACE)



Lead key processes and projects in the UTC ACE Office
