This Registered Training Organisation offer a wide range of courses for their students. They are positioned in the heavy industry sector and have been established for a number of years.



The Training Team Leader position is a key operational role in the business which is pivotal to the smooth running and success of the business. This is a permanent position and will be based in Salisbury.



Reporting to the Operations Manager and the Business Improvement Manager you will work to successfully allocate work to the team and ensure efficiency in all processes. You will use the Vettrak system to provide operational reports and lead your team to use this system fully. You will be the first point of contact for training related enquiries and take responsibility for the DETconnect system to claim for government funding. You will carry out daily administration of training courses including enrolling students, booking courses as well as tracking their progress. You will need to be innovative in your approach to business improvement and assist the business with ad hoc duties where necessary.



To be considered you must have prior experience in an RTO in a similar role and be an advanced user of the VETtrak database. You will be compliance focused and need to be self-motivated and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
