This progressive residential aged care provider with facilities throughout WA are well capitalised with ambitious growth plans and are seeking an experienced aged care Admissions Clerk to be part of an innovative and dynamic team of professionals.
As the Admissions Clerk you will be responsible for processing admissions by the immediate and accurate input of information, ensuring all appropriate documentation and payments are taken, maintain quality service by providing information on all enquiries for patients and doctors, facilitate department reports by accurate checking and completing follow up work where necessary and respond to patients, visitors, specialists and other staff in a courteous and helpful manner.
To be successful in this role you will have excellent customer service experience with proven skills in dealing with people and putting the customer first. You will have a passion for excellence and ensuring people get the right information, first time around. Administrative skills are a must ideally within the healthcare or aged care field.
Success will be based on increasing or keeping occupancy levels at 100%, and delivering resident and family satisfaction. A fresh and open minded approach will enable you to evolve and grow with this new organisation as it in turn grows.
