Vacancy for HR Manager Asia at BRB International BV in Malaysia, on permanent basis.
BRB International BV is a private company active in the fields of delivering, developing, producing and selling chemicals, lubricants, silicones and additives. The purpose of the position is to develop, implement, and optimize HR policy, processes, instruments, and procedures and to support BRB Asia management in implementing all HR policies and procedures in each BRB site in Asia, with the aim to have of creating lean policies and procedures and to reducinge the gap between each site in Asia and with Ittervoort.
Most important result areas (RA) and primary responsibilities (PR) are:
Scope and quality of staffing. PR: Developing effective strategies for the recruitment and selection of employees who meet the specified criteria in both the short and long term.
Establishing employee loyalty / limiting staff turnover. PR: Investing in and developing new employees (for the purpose of development and knowledge as well as compliance with legislation and regulations).
Organizational development. PR: Developing MT members, staff members, and employees (through training, coaching, and feedback).
Compliance with legislation and regulations. PR: Striking a balance between the organization's ambitions and the requirements set by governments/local legislation in the field of labour law, tax law, social security, and pension policy.
The development, redevelopment, and implementation of HR policies and procedures (recruitment, training & development, competence management, benefits, pension, social securities, payroll, insurances, labour law, absenteeism). PR: Up-to-date policies in all HR fields, satisfying local requirements and legislation.
