Leading the way in retail in WA, our client manages the tenancy delivery over a range of assets across Perth. There is now an opportunity for a Regional Tenancy Project Manager to take full lead in ensuring guidelines and procedures are being met during all stages of fit out.



Delivering smooth and professional outcomes for new tenants, renewals with refits, vacated tenants and reconfigurations, you will be in full control of programme coordination. Working across centre management, tenants, retail design, leasing and contractors on site, you will act as first point of call for all correspondence in ensuring tenancies are delivered within the agreed programme deadlines. With a keen eye for OHS and the gravitas to manage this well, you will have previous experience with a reputable retailer ideally as a degree qualified professional.
