Finance Business Partner

We are currently recruiting a Operational Finance Business Partner for an International Manufacturing organisation that has grown substantially over the past few years.



Reporting directly into the Managing Director and Business Development Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering process improvement and business modelling to drive day to day site performance. Key responsibilities include driving improvements in factory efficiency by interpreting production information into operational action plans; to provide financial support & guidance within the site contributing fully to the continuous improvement in business performance; to enhance management understanding of financial information through provision of information and education, promoting a cost awareness culture.



The ideal candidate will be ACCA/CIMA/ACA Qualified with recent experience within a Site Based Manufacturing Finance role. You will be able to demonstrate exceptional communication, influencing and leadership skills and experience of dealing with a diverse group of people both internal and external is important as well as having a real drive to succeed.
