Our client has a requirement for a Storage Administrator to join their Brisbane CBD team. You will be working alongside a team of ICT specialists who require your expertise to support the Storage and Data Protection services.



This 6 month contract has been created due to internal movements.



The successful candidate will need to have demonstrated commercial experience as a Storage Administrator with a strong background providing technical administration of storage, data protection and VMware infrastructure. You should have a strong working knowledge of Fibre Channel SAN including EMC VMAX, HDS HUS-VM, DELL Compellent and Cisco NX-OS. In addition to this you should possess strong skills around EMC Data Protection Products (Networker and Avamar), VMware vSphere, Solaris 10 and/or RedHat 6. Experience with Shell and PERL scripting is desirable.



Ideally you will be an outcome focused person with excellent communication skills, and have the ability to think on your feet in challenging situations.
