Corporate Finance Director

Toronto, Canada Area, CA - Hospitality

My client is a leading hospitality company seeking a Corporate Finance Director for its growing Canadian team in Etobicoke reporting to the VP Finance. The Director will have 4 direct reports across IT, construction, and business units controller. The role will be responsible for month and year end closing, consolidations, financial statements, as well as liaising with the external auditors for the various business units. The Director will work on any mergers, acquisitions, sales and liquidation of assets, and be the key liaise with the legal and IT departments to meet the needs of the business. You will work closely with IT in the implementation and improved application of SAP across all business units. You will ensure the policies, procedures and accounting standards are adhered to in conjunction with the internal auditor.
