Our client, a leading mid tier contractor, is looking for a highly experienced site fit put site manager to run the fit out portion of a large commercial project on the Northern Beaches. This project is a $10 million dollar new build commercial development and there is a significant high end fit out package to be completed.



Reporting to the project manager on the project you will be responsible for the internal fit out of the commercial floors of the building. As the fit out foreperson you will be supervising the fit out subcontractors to ensure their work is completed to the required schedule and quality. You also be responsible for ensuring that they work according to the relevant OHS systems and procedures.



Ideally you will be from a trade background with extensive experience on large commercial projects. You will have at least 2 years foreperson experience and have at least a working knowledge of the fitout industry.



This contract is due to run for 12 weeks and is due to start as soon as our client has identified the correct person to run this project. You will be paid an excellent contract rate with further opportunities likely.
