Development Capability Lead

The Christchurch business is going through significant change and as a result we are looking for a Capability Lead who can ensure high-quality delivery and focus on growing a successful team.

Looking after Development capability. This role will see you representing the capability to the broader customer and internal HP community, with emphasis on identifying new work opportunities and increasing work migration from HPES Accounts and Service Lines, making sure that the capability meets expectations in terms of deliverable outcomes, resource availability, and cost. You will also be heavily involved in developing capability strategy and growth strategy in line with the technology direction of our customers.

We are looking for someone who is an excellent leader, a visionary, a strategist and someone who is passionate about seeing their staff develop, grow and succeed.

Qualifications

Previous Experience:

• Demonstrated experience identifying and actively pursuing growth opportunities.

• Previous experience working as a Developer as well as leadership experience.

• Strategic planning experience.

• People management experience in a software development environment.

• Demonstrated experience in creating and leading effective and cohesive teams.

• SDLC experience
