As a highly respected developer of chemical and paint solutions for both the retail and commercial markets, this European MNC have a fantastic reputation within the global market. Due to growth within the Asian region, they are now recruiting a new Factory Manager to oversee their Singapore and Malaysia operations.



The Plant Manager will be responsible for the overall operations of the plant and supply chain. Your responsibilities will also include production planning for raw materials and warehousing, HSE maintenance, implementing supply chain strategies, development of plant staff, controlling the manufacturing budgets and working to solve manufacturing and functional issues.



The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic people-leader, who enjoys working on business improvement projects and strategy implementation. A University degree within Engineering/Chemicals will be highly regarded, as will experience in Paints and Chemicals.
